Innovation in Separator CS-150

Developments in the Separator CS-150.  Now with an extra-long main web, and even greater capacity.

Grimme is presenting a new version in the CS-series, developed for extra heavy and clodded soil. Grimme CS-150/170 Rota Power´s new version has an extra-long main web after the RotaPower rotor and the seven star-rollers. The web is 500 mm longer than normal, providing 0, 75 m² larger separation area. This improvement is combined with a new wheel axle, providing a possibility of lifting the rear end 240 mm up. Through this the speed of the material flow is lowered, in order for the top web to effectively crush the clods.

The machine also has an 800mm longer top web with stepless speed adjustment, in order to slower the flow or speed up (in sandy soil). This minimizes wear and tear damages, and the risk of dropping flat stones through the web.

During the season 2013, tests in England have shown that the new CS-150/170 with extra-long web has up to 20% higher capacity in heavy soil.
