The factory in Damme is constantly being rebuilt and extended. Recently new premises has been built in order to have the perfect settings for educating service- and stockemployees as well as the many salesconsultants worldwide. Large indoor heated space, giving the possibility of displaying a number of machines simultaneously. The classrooms are equipped with the latest in electronics, making handling and diagnosing all Grimme models quite easy, giving the pupils a good opportunity of getting to know every single electric/hydraulic component in a Grimme machine. 

- From Sweden, Finland and Denmark
The salesconsultants at Grimme Skandinavien are invited to Damme for a few days a number of times every year to take part in a products seminar, intro- ducing the newest Grimme machines and giving them all the know-how they will need in the field. Adequate, making them able to answer all the questions you can possibly imaging a Grimme salesconsultant being asked in his job. Potato- and beetgrowers of today are top professionals and expect their Grimme cooperation partner to know which machines and equipment are best suited to the conditions they work under. 

- Development and Sales
The latest Grimme machines are presented and discussed down to the smallest detail. Any option, model, and extra equipment are examined. A team of engineers from the Grimme development department work closely with the teachers at Grimme Academy. Salesconsultants from 110 countries worldwide are to be kept updated on what Grimme Group offers and at the same time any good idea from the potato- and beetgrowers is to be discussed by the develop- ment managers. The Grimme development department of 2013 is divided in teams, each working with one line of models, such as separation, planting, cultivation, harvesting, selfpropelled or trailed technique and handling. The Grimme development department consists of more than 100 employees.
