Sugarbeets are coming to Jutland

Everybody is talking about beets. And no doubt beets will be there, when the danish farmers plan feeding- and growing scedules for 2013 and further. to an extent not seen in Denmark througout the last decades 

So a number of farmers and contractors need to refresh the basic principles of growing sugarbeets. And in order to get good results and the full potential of sugarbeets, you have to go all the way.

To do this, you need to know everything about all the new techniques, sorts, and all the news in machinery and equipment. The need for updating is recognized among both growers and consultants, yet the first to take an initiative was KWS, the wellknown seed company. In corperation with BASF, Bayer CropScience, Grimme Skandinavien and Thyregod they had arranged a number of seminars, giving new sugarbeet growers as well as those, who just need to refresh their memory, an opportunity to learn everything there is to know about growing beets in 2013.
